Guided rules disable the combinations you don't build and say why, like "Glaze not available on paint-grade MDF." An invalid door never reaches the shop.

No. Painless pushes invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online automatically or on demand, and the Everything plan can also push bills, inventory, and journals. Invoices with sales tax or an applied deposit are entered in QuickBooks by hand for now. Or run the built-in general ledger instead.
